We have a simple mission: to deliver the highest products and customer service as an authentic European style bakery. Using recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation and still handmade. We take pride in our baking heritage and in our products.

Your safety and the  safety of our employees is our top priority! As we all navigate a "new normal" in our lives and strive to follow guidelines regarding COVID-19 we must, for the time being, change how to best serve our customers.

Call us at (818) 349-5700 to place your orders ahead of time. We will gladly have our fresh bread, pastries, cookies and limited cakes ready for you the next day. We will have limited availability for same day orders.

What we are doing during COVID-19 so we can 

stay safe together. 

For our store:

  • Extra cleaning before we open, during store hours, and after closing. Including frequent disinfecting of "high-touch" areas in our store front and other areas of our bakery. 

  • Removing our tables and chairs for the time being.

  • Placing PPE barriers in our store to aid in our customers and employees safety.

  • Having hand sanitizer available at the entrance of our store.

For our customers

  • We will try and limit the number of customers in the store to 3

  • Asking our customer to wear face coverings when they come into our store

  • Encouraging social distancing by having customers line up outside our store front

  • Encouraging ordering cakes via phone or email

For our employees:

  • Requiring our employees to wear face coverings

  • Requiring our employees to wear gloves when appropriate.

  • Providing hand sanitizer in addition to our hand washing stations.

  • Performing health checks before each shift and encouraging anyone with symptoms to stay home.

We will continue to monitor both out local county and the CDC guidelines in regards to COVID-19. The safety of our customers and our staff is our top priority.
